Your villa is a 19th-century Venetian villa located in the province of Treviso, nestled in the Venetian countryside along the Livenza River. The villa has been renovated over the years, preserving its original character while giving it a contemporary feel by combining the original antique furniture with pieces of classic and modern design. The villa covers an area of approximately 500 square meters and is set on 3,500 square meters of grounds. The first floor features a spacious, charming entryway, a dining room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring the renowned French “Molteni” range—the Rolls-Royce of kitchens. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms—one with a fireplace—and two bathrooms, accommodating a total of 10 guests: four double beds and two single beds. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
