It is located on the beachfront, on the Los Moriscos golf course, in Playa Granada (Motril) and allows you to enjoy the sunny and pleasant climate that the Tropical Coast of Granada offers throughout the year. The apartment, an attic, has a large terrace with views of the garden, the golf course and the sea; offers all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay, as well as, a careful and modern decoration.
Our guests can enjoy all the necessary services to complete a wonderful stay: free Wi Fi (300 Mbs) throughout the apartment, air conditioning with heat pump, free private parking, TV with streaming services, etc.
The two saltwater swimming pools (one shallow) and the gardens complement everything you need to enjoy yourself in a pleasant and peaceful environment.

The specific amount of this deposit will be indicated on the property's file. It will be returned 7 days after check out if there is no damage. Number of Guests It is strictly forbidden to accommodate more guests in the tourist accommodation than that declared in the reservation. Use of the Accommodation By making a reservation with PUSHE SL, the client and their companions undertake to use the property appropriately, exempting PUSHE SL from any liability for damages that may arise from such use. The property will never be considered the client's residence. 2. Valuables PUSHE SL is not responsible for valuables that clients bring with them or leave in the property during their stay. 3. Damages Caused The client will be responsible for damages caused to the property, except for normal wear and tear associated with daily use of the accommodation. Other Issues 1. Specific Rules of the Accommodation In all PUSHE SL properties, a list of the specific rules of the accommodation is available to the client. These will include basic rules such as quiet hours, guidelines for the disposal of garbage and recommendations for respectful behaviour towards neighbours and the environment. Serious and/or repeated non compliance with the established conditions by the client or their companions will entitle PUSHE SL to demand immediate abandonment of the accommodation, without the right to compensation or refund of the deposit. Arrivals and Departures 1. Arrival Check in at properties managed by PUSHE SL can take place between 15:00 and 17:00. For arrivals in person outside these hours, an additional charge may apply, depending on the property. This will be communicated by message in the booking confirmation. 2.
