It is located on the beachfront, on the Los Moriscos golf course, in Playa Granada (Motril) and allows you to enjoy the sunny and pleasant climate that the Costa Tropical of Granada offers all year round.
The apartment, on the fourth floor, has a large terrace with views of the garden and the mini golf course; it offers all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay, as well as a careful and modern decoration.
Our guests can enjoy all the services necessary to complete a wonderful stay: free Wi Fi (300 Mbs) throughout the apartment, air conditioning with heat pump, free private parking, TV with streaming services, etc.
The two saltwater swimming pools (one shallow), the gardens, as well as the outdoor gym, the mini golf and the children's playground, complement everything necessary to enjoy a pleasant and peaceful environment.
