The staff are very nice and helpful. They are working to improve things. From the outside, it's a cool building. It's old and needs some TLC on the inside. The shower floor was loose and stuck to my feet. Everything was clean. The room was spacious. Free onsite parking was available.

Very near to the local shops and luckily Wetherspoons because no breakfast was available at the Bentley Hotel. I only saw one staff member who seemed to do everything except clean the bedrooms. If the Hotel finishes its refurbishment the I would probably stay there again.

The hotel is situated perfectly with less than a 5 min walk to Motherwell train station, it’s not luxurious but for 3 ⭐️ you get what you pay for. I had a great stay and slept well would defo be back again. Highly recommend if u need a cheap but decent place to put your head down for the night.
