Ivo and Laura were excellent hosts. Gave us all sorts of info and responded quickly. The apartment was spotless and somewhat close to the bus stop. Tip: for €9 and Uber will take you to Old Town if you can’t/don’t want to walk to the bus. Thank you Laura, we had a great time!

We had an elderly lady with a walker we requested room on ground level or first floor they put us on 3rd floor . The lady who checked us in and out was a very nasty and rude woman . Horrible

Kein Lift, Zimmer klein und entspricht nicht den 30m2, Keine Hilfe beim Koffer hochtragen, Kein Telefon im Zimmer, entspricht nicht Hotel Standard, eher Apartment, Rezeption nicht dienstleistungsorientiert, es hiess, wenn der Mitarbeiter am Tag vom Check out Lust hat und arbeitet, hilft er mit dem Koffer. Leider war er nicht da und uns wurde auch keine Hilfe angeboten, keine Ablagefläche in der Dusche, Wasser läuft 5-10‘ bis Warmwasser kommt, Gute zentrale Lage, gesamthaft war das Hotel leider nicht das, was wir aufgrund der Bewertungen erwartet haben..
