This is a fantastic, quiet little hotel located right in the heart of Mostar's Old Town. The views were incredible and the staff was extremely helpful in answering questions about parking and things to do. Shoutout to Anel for making the check-in experience as seamless as possible! Huge kudos to the friendly, helpful and enthusiastic staff. Management of the hotel has done an excellent job at recruiting a great team. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the old town, with a rushing river right alongside it, and a lovely outdoor terrace for eating meals. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and good. The room was large, with a private terrace that was a lovely place to relax after a hot day. Highly recommended!!

On the flip side our rooms were really noisy (501&502) and it’s disappointing to have guests smoking in the outdoor dining terrace at breakfast time (but this is the same in most places in Bosnia)

Location is amazing and the rooms are clean. Staff were amazing—honestly, they could not have been more professional and welcoming. We did not have much of a view from our room, but there are great views from the terrace of the restaurant. My only complaint is regarding the mattress AND PILLOWS! Bring your own pillow and you’ll be golden. 🙂

The location was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner was delicious. What sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. Janet welcomed us with tea and graciously offered us an early check-in at an available room. She did a wonderful job of explaining key sites to see around the town.
