A estadia foi boa, o quarto do hotel sempre limpo! O atendimento da recepção impecável zero defeitos! O café da manhã não tinha muitas opções e na máquina de café não saía o chocolate quente! Bom, o hotel é ótimo. Todos os dias a equipe arrumava o quarto e trocava as toalhas. No entanto, tive alguns problemas com o meu quarto: a televisão não era smart, os travesseiros eram muito ruins. Solicitei outros, mas não resolveu. Além disso, o piso molhava, pois saía água por baixo, e havia um barulho constante de água pingando ao longo do dia, sem que conseguíssemos identificar de onde vinha.

Eu só uso o hotéis.com. E varias vezes ao ano… Nunca vivi uma situação tão constrangedora em minha vida. A pousada possui janelas para um corredor aberto e que passa muita gente. Nas janelas haviam espaços entre as festras. Não posso afirmar com certeza. Mas a sensação é que eu estava sendo vigiado TODO TEMPO.
