No service, property double booked

Awful service from the property host amd vrbo. After payment was made, I contacyed the owmer of property. He told me he has no space and is already fully booked. Dod not help me any further. Still waiting for vrbo to hep me with this matter and hoping to get a refund for it was not possible for us to book in.
