This little house was a perfect stay, island style :) our host Cecil went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, he was really accommodating. The pool is so nice, we loved it!

The host was absolutely amazing! He was so polite and willing to work with us on an early check in due to our flight arrival! The host made sure to make us feel extremely welcome and responded at a very timely manner! He even offered to help teach us how to open the coconuts we found! Later in the week we drove by and said hi! Overall was very happy with the host!

Unfortunately I cannot rate the property because I did not stay there. When I arrived (before check in time), I found that the owner had already given away my booking to another party. Despite that I had booked & paid 3 months in advance, was also in constant communication with Mr. Delancy up to the date of my arrival, and yet he did that. His excuse was that he'd "double booked". To make up for it, he offered us our refund and the use of a room in his home, we declined due to the untidy state of the room, as well as the fact that we (2 females) did not feel safe staying with a strange male, plus there was no door to the offered room for privacy. We found another place to stay (on our own) and retrieved our refund. A
