The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I got in late. It was hard to enjoy the room other than to grab a night’s sleep. I also ate at the bowling alley nearby, which was interesting.

Overall this was a great place to stay! The staff were incredibly nice. The pool area is cool and very clean. Bonus that it’s dog friendly. There were also a lot of kids, which was nice as we were traveling with our young children. My only complaint is the walls really are paper thin. We could hear the TV from the room next door all night. Also, all the room doors slam and that kept up throughout the night; not anyone’s fault because it seemed to be every room door. Not a restful sleep for light sleepers. Otherwise, it was great!

Top notch hotel . Love the bowling theme and the beds were great. Location was convenient. 24 hour coffee in the lobby! I would definitely stay again. And the front desk staff Andrea was very friendly.

The owners remodeled the rooms a few years ago and they did a fabulous job on choosing the decor but especially the flooring. I prefer staying upstairs and a lot of hotels fall short when they change from carpet to hard surfaces. The Ten Pin Inn

The staff on the day we arrived was amazing. Day we left, they were cold, nasty and accusatory. I called about breakfast not being open and she rudely stated " ive been watching the cameras, it closes at 9" i said i know, we went beforehand and she simply spat out " must have run out of food" and hung up. Great pool, usually amazing staff. This time was a total letdown.

We got the room with the jetted tub which I always enjoy . The switch for the tub was across on another wall which was inconvenient though. Very reasonable price and the location was great with activities and food nearby. I would recommend this place to stay

We reserved a room at this hotel because the reviews were really good! I paid more than other hotels in that area because we’ve never stayed in Moses Lake! It was clean and comfortable but this morning we went to get a luggage cart but the housekeepers were using it for dirty bedding from other peoples rooms! I went to the office to see if there were more carts. They said no that’s the only one we have. I said that’s really gross that they were using the only cart that people use to take their luggage out on! That’s why I only gave them 4 stars! I hope they stop doing that! I won’t stay there again! Cross contamination from people’s dirty bedding is disgusting!

What a great hotel. It is clean, comfortable, well maintained and decorated in a bowling alley theme. Since there is a bowling alley next door it was great that theme was carried over to the hotel.
