Staff is Great…Property, not so much!

The staff were wonderful and they all seem to be proud to work there. Everyone wanted to add to our stay. That being said, the property is in very poor condition. The rooms are clean but the walls are cracked and peeling, the furniture is badly scuffed. Our room did not have a hair dryer and staff was not able to supply one (although they offered to allow us to use another room to dry our hair…certainly inconvenient the gesture was nice). After purchasing our own hair dryer, there was no shampoo or conditioner dispensers or small bottles. Housekeeping was kind enough to provide some finally.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. You can tell the building and rooms were old which makes it challenging to keep a clean appearance. I felt safe in my room and safe leaving my car in the parking lot.

I booked Quality inn instead of the cheaper places for one night as we were only in town to purchase something and then leave ....their brand usually has good QUALITY....not here...the breakfast was poor tasting...the bed..I was fine but the rooms need w major update.....not my type of workmanship...the staff was fine.vert friendly...for a 120 per night the room was like the 70 per night across the street

Definity not a "Quality" Inn

The window had a large crack in it. The upholstered chair and stool were so incredibly dirty that we absolutely could not use them. The refrigerator dial was broken and it froze our drinks so that they exploded when opened.

We just needed a place to sleep after a show at the Gorge. Pros: clean, easy check in, friendly staff, bed was okay. Cons: one very beat up night stand (it was bad) stained wash cloth, rusty bathroom fixtures, pretty old and worn out hotel. Owner is being neglectful.
