Reasonably priced property, but in need of multiple upgrades & updates to overall property. Keys are old fashioned actual keys—not key cards. Check in person had very limited English abilities. Place was clean and I would stay there again, but I would adjust my expectations accordingly.

Honestly this is the kind of place you go to if you’re looking for a cheap option that isn’t gonna give you like bed bugs and rashes, but you know dang well will be a bit yucky and it’s simply cheap and convenient for whatever reason you need a hotel.

Thought it might retain the charm it had a few years ago. It did not, and Ephrata has become a red, white and blue blight. No thanks! We spent our trip at Soap Lake instead.
