The Losinj penthouse apartment, located on the top floor of Villa Istra Panorama—which was newly built in 2018—offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the islands of Krk, Cres, and Losinj, and Kvarner Bay. The spacious living room, with its 3.5-meter-high ceiling and large L-shaped covered terrace, makes you feel right at home in a penthouse. Great emphasis was placed on luxury. You’ll love the outdoor grill with an adjacent kitchenette as you prepare delicious grilled dishes. The side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser is located near the terrace and will treat you to exquisite water from the adjacent Ucka Nature Park. At the 11-meter infinity pool, one floor below, your lounge chairs are ready for you to relax and cool off. This 103 m² apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for 4 adults. Two additional sleeping spots on the large living room couch can be used as needed, as can the cots in the bedroom. During the cooler months, you can enjoy the underfloor heating and a cozy fire in the wood-burning stove while taking in the ocean view. Traumurlaub

Alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Saubere Wohnung, sehr gute Betten, großes bequemes Sofa, hochwertige Einrichtung. Küchenbedarf mehr als ausreichend. Super Pool, sehr sauber und beheizt. Besonderes Lob an Sanja, die das Objekt vor Ort betreut. Immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Einfach eine Perle.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen, der beheizte Pool läd zum Schwimmen ein und der Ausblick auf die Kvarner Bucht und Cres ist einmalig. Nur die gut halbstündige Wanderung zur einsamen Badebucht Stupova erfordert etwas Kondition. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
