The spacious living area with beautiful wooden floors leads to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with galleried windows and French doors leading to the private pool with spectacular sea views. Here, on the ground floor, you will also find the infrared sauna with comfortable loungers and shower as well as French doors leading to the Jacuzzi and pool. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor as well as two balconies, one of which has a direct view of the sea. In the outdoor area of Villa Ivancic there is a professional barbecue with an outdoor dining area where you can make your inner chef shine and prepare delicious meals. A glass of delicious Istrian Malvasia, Mediterranean breezes and evenings with loved ones is the ideal recipe to enjoy your time in this stunning villa. :)

The third largest Croatian city Rijeka is only 30 kilometres away from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events. If you want to experience even more, take a walk along the beautiful shore of Loungo Mare and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the pearl of the Adriatic.

Ruhige Nachbarschaft, perfekter Ausblick, zehn Minuten zur kleinen Badebucht wo es gut zu schnorcheln geht.Kleines Manko: Kein Waschmittel, keine Küchenrolle, diese Artikel sind in den meisten anderen Ferienhäusern vorhanden. Das Tischtennisnetz war nicht einsatzbereit, wir haben es selbst zusammen gebastelt. Ansonsten alles perfekt, sehr freundliche Betreuung der Vermieterin.

Villa Ivancic ist ein Traum. Tolle Villa, top eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Mehrere "Schattenplätze" auf den großzügigen Grundstück. Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Nette, kompetente und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Alles positive was in den 5 Sterne Bewertungen steht können wir (2 Ehepaare) voll und ganz bestätigen. Wir kommen wieder :-). Wolfgang

Wir, drei Ehepaare im Seniorenalter, haben heuer unseren 21. gemeinsamen Urlaub verbracht. Dieses Jahr haben wir uns für die Villa Ivancic entschieden. Unsere hohen Erwartungen wurden übererfüllt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, top eingerichtet und mit vielerlei Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, wie Whirlpool, Außenpool, Infrarot Kammer, Billard, Tischfußball, Tischtennis und Darts. Frau Ivancic hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns durch das wunderbare Haus und die Außenanlage geführt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der phantastische, freie Ausblick aufs Meer. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Ivancic verbracht. We, three senior couples, spent our 21st holiday together this year. This year we chose Villa Ivancic. Our high expectations were exceeded. The house is very spacious, well furnished and equipped with many amenities, such as a whirlpool, outdoor pool, infrared chamber, billiard table, table football, table tennis and darts. Mrs. Ivancic gave us a very friendly welcome and guided us through the wonderful house and the grounds. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic, unobstructed view of the sea. Mal verbringen wir einen herrlichen Urlaub in der wunderschönen Villa Ivancic, Es ist wieder alles perfekt: freundliche Gastgeber, sauberes Haus, angenehme Pools und an der phantastischen Lage mit Blick aufs Meer hat sich natürlich auch nichts geändert. Es ist einfach ein Traum, den man immer wieder träumen möchte!
