Klimaanlage defekt / Unterkunft dreckig

Leider entsprach die Ferienunterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, was die Wohnung unangenehm warm machte. Die Sauberkeit unzureichend, was unseren Aufenthalt weiter beeinträchtigte. Die Küchenausstattung ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig: Ein Toaster war nicht vorhanden, und der Wasserkocher war defekt. Die Töpfe befanden sich unter der schmutzigen Spüle, waren stark abgenutzt und nicht mehr vernünftig zu reinigen. Die Möbel sind kaputt und in die Jahre gekommen.
