Newly renovated in an old farmhouse this apartment is really beautiful, with large open plan living space and kitchen. In a quiet, yet central location, the apartment is only 2 minutes walk into town and located a minute from the ski bus stop. Great for families & groups of adults, perfect in summer & winter.

The apartment is in a quiet yet central location within Morzine. The apartment complex is approximately five minutes’ walk from the Dixie Bar, Rhodos and Bar Robinson and the Marie. You also have a fabulous Pizza restaurant on the doorstep called Improviste. Well worth a visit! Walking home back after a few beers at aprés is easy.

The whole apartment is at your disposal, including the private hot tub on the terrasse. There is also a private ski locker with heated boot dryers.

Morzna Etoile is part of La Ferme de Morz'na, a renovation project in a former 18th-century farmhouse. The apartment is located in the centre of Morzine, in a quiet enclave only 1 minute from a shuttle bus stop and less than 5 minutes to the nearest bar, bakery, supermarket. It takes approx 10 minutes to get to the nearest telecabine if you walk.

LAYOUT (105 metres sq.)

Spread over 3 floors, there is a large, open plan living space with a sunny lounge and large fully equipped kitchen & dining space. There are patio doors that lead out to the decked terrace with Hot Tub and dining space.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of workspace. There is also a separate laundry/drying room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

A staircase leads from the lounge upstairs on the top floor which features 2 ensuite bedrooms. Both rooms have Velux windows and the third bedroom is on the lower living floor area and again with a Velux window. All 3 bedrooms have warm wooden flooring, built-in storage and character features. All beds can be configured as twins or doubles.
