Located at the 9th floor of the Malinka residence, this beautiful apartment is very close to the parking and easy to ski-in/ski-out.

Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment as well ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.
