The property is located in the commune of Morzine. It is an individual chalet consisting of 3 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Two parking spaces are located near the chalet, and on the other side, a small garden. The chalet is bright and the view of the mountains is exceptional.



The chalet is composed as follows:



On the ground floor, a large garage serving as a ski room and bicycle room to store your equipment. There is also a water point for washing bikes in the summer.

On the main floor:

-An entrance with coat hooks and a cupboard

-A laundry area with a washing machine + shower tray

-A fully equipped kitchen with: a fridge with freezer, a sink, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, an induction hob, an extractor hood, a dishwasher

-A third bedroom with a bunk bed (2x90x190), the storage cupboard is located at the top of the stairs

-A bathroom with bathtub, a single sink, a towel dryer and a WC
