Appartement très bien rénové avec goût. À améliorer : tringles rideaux, chaises pour balcon, mitigeur baignoire, tv petite, coussins canapé fatigués. Emplacement très central donc un peu bruyant certains soirs. Bon rapport qualité / prix pendant vacances scolaires

Bien situé bien agencé qq petites corrections à faire

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement petit mais bien agencé. Juste qq petites choses sont à arranger pour que ce soit parfait: robinet de l évier dévissé, passoire trouée, éclairage de la salle du miroir de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne plus, lave linge présent mais cassé. Rien de très grave mais c est dommage Fred Sheryne et Emma

Schnuckliges Appartement in genialer Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, im Appartement ist alles was man braucht. Die Matratzen sind bequem, die Küche ausgestattet wie beschrieben und alles funktionsfähig. Das Bad ist sehr schön und neu. Der Teppichboden ist etwas abgewohnt, aber zweckmäßig und strapazierfähig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe vor funktionierten prima. Die Lage ist super, im 4. Stock und absolut zentral. Bäcker und Restaurant im Haus, Lebensmittelladen in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu beachten: Die Stockbetten und die Couch (5. Person) sind mit ca. 1,90 m Länge nichts für besonders große Personen. Wir waren zu dritt, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
