New to our portfolio for the 23/24 season, Apartment Haricot is a stunning penthouse open plan apartment in an amazing location. Newly renovated, it is an ideal property for families or friends who are looking for a very convenient location as well as a spacious luxury space.
Boasting four bedrooms, the property sleeps up to 10 comfortably.

There are two standalone bathrooms with large showers, WC and sinks.
The open plan living space has a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar alongside a spacious contemporary dining table.
The living room is extremely comfy and the perfect space to relax after a long day out on the mountains. Upstairs, there is an additional living/snug area which is perfect for children and teenagers to have fun and chill out. There are soft bean bags, a large TV and a Playstation.
Situated close to La Poste, Intersport and the large Carrefour supermarket - this property is only 250m to the Parc de Dereches (ideal for swimming, tennis, river walks) and the lift to the SuperMorzine telecabine which takes you to the Portes du Soleil ski area.
Alternatively, it is only a 10 minute walk to Pleney or the main Mairie bus stop is a couple of minutes walk away from where you can access all the main lift stations, including Prodains.
There is a ski store for your equipment and a bike store is due to be completed in April 2024..
There is also private off-street parking for two vehicles - not that you would need a car when staying here as it is so central.
