Petite Maison is one of 5 rental cabins on this amazing property adjacent to the Tilton River. It sleeps 2 guests. It is surrounded by lush foliage and trees with leaves that are changing colors creating a beautiful tapestry of nature`s beauty. There is a nearby landscaped garden area on the property with gorgeous plants, trees, rockery and custom benches for enjoying the beautiful scenery.

The interior is perfect for relaxing, playing games, watching movies, cooking & spending time together! There is WIFI, a bathroom w/shower and kitchen/dining area. The mini split Heating and Air Conditioning unit keep the temperature comfortable year-round.

The cozy living area is tucked underneath the loft. Soft rope lighting around the space creates ambiance and gives it a magical glow. It`s the perfect place to relax, read, watch a movie or play games. The ceiling height is about 5`9` in this area. There is a loveseat, coffee table, 40` Roku TV (stream w/ your own accounts), board games, cards and a portable fan.

The loft has been updated with a new comfortable queen mattress and new wooden ladder making it easy to access and more comfortable for a great night`s rest.

There are two luggage racks at the base of the ladder for your convenience.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower (no bathtub), vanity, mirror, sink, toilet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer. Nice to have after a day of exploring!

Guests will have access to the entire cabin and outdoor amenities (firepit, fire table, hot tub, covered patio)

There is parking space available for 1-2 vehicles.

Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password & Smart Lock Code for keyless entry will be sent three days prior to guest`s arrival.

Check out instructions will be sent to you the night before your departure.

Please keep fires to a minimum (no large fires) and respect burn bans when in effect.

The cabin does not have a washer/dryer, dishwasher or oven.

You may occasionally see workers, groundskeepers, or cleaners at neighboring cabins as they’re being refreshed and maintained. We appreciate you understanding as the property continues to be cared for and improved.

🔸 Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM
🔸 Must be at least 21 years old to book
🔸 Please be respectful of neighboring cabins - do not enter their designated spaces
🔸Must abide by burn ban rules when in effect
🔸Keep fires in the firepit to a minimum (no large fires)

✔ Wash/Rinse dishes and put away
✔ Place used towels in bathroom shower
✔ Gather trash and put in outside trash can
✔ Leave all bedding on bed
✔ Lock windows and doors
✔ Turn off all lights, TV, appliances & propane tank
✔ Log out of Personal Accounts on TV
✔ Leave heat at 68 degrees
✔ Keep AC on during summer months
