O que mas destacou foi o bom atendimento de todos, do pessoal da portaria ah menina que me atendeu no café da manhã. Gostei muito da atenção e educação de todos, estão de parabéns. O único ponto negativo é que perdi um pertence meu e ninguém deu providência... Fora isso, não tenho mais do que reclamar.

Fiz reserva em suíte superior e só dispuseram suíte térreo, a suíte no dia do check-in estava cheirando a mofo, melhorou no dia seguinte após a limpeza. A suíte bem pequena, cama sem cabeceira, sem criado mudo, tv antiga e com controle quebrado, não tinha como mudar canal e controlar volume, acionei a recepção mais não foi resolvido e o ar condicionado não refrigerava nada

Cafe da manhã bom, equipe de funcionários excelente, ar condicionado e quarto muito bom, enfim o Hotel é muito bom mesmo, estão de parabens, a única coisa que peca é o caminho para chegar até o hotel, mal conservado e sujo, sujiro falar com órgãos publico para fazerem a manutenção da via ou até mesmo o hotel com outros hoteis da região fazerem uma manutenção da viela até o hotel, mas o Hotel é excelente
