Totally serviceable and very affordable little hotel walking distance to the little Main Street of Morro Bay, the harbor, and the incomparable Morro Rock (about a mile and half to get all the way around to the sunset side of the rock, but totally worth it, and a great walk around morro bay with all the cute sea otters smiling at you!)

The property was beautiful, the grounds were nicely kept, there was adequate, parking, and the room was lovely. The only thing I wished it had was a hot tub or pool. The distance to restaurants was very walkable.
