The staff was amazing. Kind, friendly, helpful. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in finding hot spots in the area for us to explore. But what stood out most was interaction with staff members as they came in for work. He greeted each of them with a 'hi, how's your day so far?' or "let me get the door for you'. Very refreshing!
