Overall good experience. The property has been through some challenges but the staff were always helpful. A little trouble with my room keys (RFID) but no one made me feel like I was bothering them. The omelet station was brilliant and the young man who worked the station did a wonderful job and seemed to enjoy making them. The bed was good, fridge and micro worked perfectly.

Property was old and in poor repair. Although the property had few guests, and although I asked, I was told no first floor room was available, whcih was very hard to believe. Room was smallest I have encountered in years. No cleaning/room make up service, although requested. Restaurant was unimpressive, as was breakfeast bar.
