Cedar Falls Motel's location is great for experiencing Petit Jean State Park. The rooms were clean, comfortable, shower was one of hot with great pressure. The refrigerator didn't work, but I would stay there again. It's a quirky older motel, but nice owner, I met nice people there.

We had a wonderful stay at Cedar Falls Motel! Our grandkids loved being in the mountains, and the location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do in Petit Jean State Park. There was plenty of comfortable seating for us to relax and watch a movie together in the evenings, and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again!

A few night stay, perfect location for hiking at Petit Jean. We would come back home after hiking and take a nap before hiking again in the evening. Beds were comfy, its and older motel but everything was clean. Would definitely stay again for hiking at Petit Jean. Can't beat the price and location.

Takes a minute for the hot water to reach the room but thats our only complaint and no big deal at all we just had to let it run a bit before getting in. I was surprised with it being an older motel that the shower was so roomy and the water pressure was great! Beds were also comfortable.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The ac blew cold and the shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. It is a motel not a fancy hotel, it was a nice property and a safe place to lay your head.

The staff was very nice however the room was sub par. The bed frame broke down about 2-3 inches when I set on the bed. We had to sleep with our head at the foot to keep from laying down hill.

Their water main was broken when i got there so luckily she did not charge me as it was not fixed by 8 pm leaving me with the issue of fiding a hotel last minute. other than that I am sure it would have been better than the super 8 I was forced to pick last minute

The map was pretty basic. The room with queen, the beds were comfortable. The towel were surprisingly soft. The manager was very nice. It is not a posh, luxury resort, but the price was very good and fine for me and my 25-year-old son to enjoy the nearby park.
