Convenient quiet residential neighborhood

In spite of a rocky beginning due to my lack of access to VRBO messaging due to cell phone malfunction, our stay here was most enjoyable. With a day care center right next door and railroad tracks nearby, all was quiet and restful. We could hear the train whistles distantly but they did not interfere in any way with sleep. Heater in bathroom had an unpleasant smell but all else excellent! Thank you so much!

The VRBO allowed to me exit my contract if my contract at the medical center was cxld. Unfortunately not. Unable to do laundry. Spoke in very negative tone.

Host was good with communication. There was a chair bracing the back door, another chair was broken. No curtains or bed bugs. Shower was good. Bed fine quick overnight stay.

Perfect place to stay in Morrill!

The host has done a really nice job converting the basement apartment into an excellent option in Morrill. I usually have to go to Scottsbluff so excited to have this option. They have some really nice touches - tv in every room, phone charging cables, fast and stable internet. The back patio is lovely, and a great place to relax. Kitchen is small, but well stocked, didn't find I was missing anything in that regard. Lastly, the host was very communicative and made things easy even when I had to adjust my arrival time. I'll stay again!
