Perfectly located for the centre of town yet quiet and peaceful. We stayed for one night as we had a ferry early in the morning, it was great for us.

Logement bien situé pour visiter Morlaix et ses environs

Logement situé dans une maison ancienne. La configuration de l'appartement correspond à l'ancienneté de construction de la maison. Non accessible à des personnes handicapées. Proche du centre et des commerces. Situation idéale pour visiter Morlaix . Un peu de bruit le WE avec le bar mais rien d'insupportable. Propriétaire accueillant et facilitant l'arrivée de ses occupants.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été interpelés par l'odeur d'humidité. Nos doutes ont été confirmés par la présence de moisissures dans les différentes pièces, en particulier à l'étage des chambres. Nous avons donc préféré quitter l'appartement.

Agréable séjour dans un logement bien équipé

Bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est réactif et arrangeant. Le logement est situé tout proche du centre ville, pratique pour tout faire à pieds. Pas de parking privatif, mais il y a de nombreux stationnements à proximité, attention toutefois au marché du samedi matin. Le logement est bien équipé et confortable.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Manque sur l'annonce le fait qu'il s'agit d'une maison de ville, que le logement est sur 2 étages donc pas compatible à des personnes ayant des difficultés pour monter les étages. en dehors de cela, le logement est agréable, très bien située par rapport au centre ville et les commerces.
