La Luce, Grande Maison Familiale en Centre-ville de Morlaix

Our house is located in the centre of Morlaix, in a pedestrian, historic and shopping street, lined with small restaurants and artisan shops.<br>All in height, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 shower rooms refurbished in spring and a bathroom), 3 espalier gardens with a view of the viaduct and the rooftops of the city, it is perfect for family holidays or with friends.<br><br>The house is a few minutes walk from the market square, the port, the theatre, the cultural centre La Manufacture (and its emblematic cinemas). Our street is one of the crossing points recommended by the Tourist Office to visitors to the city.<br>As for the town of Morlaix, it is ideally located for sailing in North Finistère. Within a radius of 10 to 30 minutes drive there are many beautiful walks with extremely varied landscapes.<br><br>Do not hesitate to write to us if you have any questions,<br>Marie and Martin<br><br>1st floor: <br>- a lounge with overhead projector and board games,<br>- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer,<br>- a bedroom with 2 single beds, overlooking our inner courtyard (absolute calm and freshness guaranteed in summer),<br>- a refurbished shower room and toilet.<br><br>2nd floor: <br>- a well-equipped kitchen for 10 people with all the necessary appliances (toaster, microwave, kettle, KitchenAid blender, raclette machine, crepe maker, etc.),<br>- a dining room with a large farmhouse table that can accommodate beautiful tables,<br>- a very large bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room (possibility of adding a single bed or a travel cot without any problem), overlooking our inner courtyard and overlooking the gardens,<br>- a refurbished shower room and toilets,<br>- a large living room with a functional fireplace (+ sofa that can be transformed into a bed for two people).<br><br>3rd floor: <br>- a very large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, overlooking the pedestrian street,<br>- a very large bedroom with two double beds (one of which is a four-poster bed), overlooking our inner courtyard and overlooking the gardens,<br>- a small children's room (currently equipped for our 18-month-old daughter), overlooking our inner courtyard and overlooking the gardens,<br>- a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.<br><br>The 3 gardens are one above the other. It is accessed via stairs that allow you to climb above the house. The first garden has a paved terrace and is equipped to host outdoor lunches. The second and third gardens allow you to enjoy the view and the Breton sun (we promise, it comes to warm us up several times a day).<br><br>[Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided. We provide bed linen for an extra charge of €25 per occupied, double or single bed]<br><br>A small booklet presenting our favourite Morlaix addresses and Breton walks will be sent to you before your stay.<br>A concierge will ensure the cleanliness of the house before your arrival.<br><br>Please note: for those who come with small children, there are no barriers on the stairs. However, there are doors that close before each landing. <br>Don't worry: by being careful to always close the doors, we have never had any problems with our children.
