"Sunshine On The Water" Absolute Waterfront & Jetty. Paradise at your doorstep.

A waterfront property, facing north, it is a great place to stay any time of the year and wind down. Cool in Summer and warm in Winter with 180-degree lake views. Quiet & peaceful, do everything or do nothing.
It has absolute deep-water frontage with a jetty to fish off or tie your boat off. Such a great spot for early morning stand-up paddle board excursion or kayak adventure. The point is such a great spot for swimming and fishing as well. There is a boat ramp located 400 metres at the end of the street.

The space
The front yard (roadside) is fully fenced. Consists of a grassed area, clothesline, garden and BBQ. It has a double car port which has a caravan on one side of the carport. A path from the carport leads you to the side entry of the 3 bedroom very spacious house which nestles on a waterfront (backyard) which has a grassed area and concrete ramp to the lake.

Guest access
All of the house is yours except a boatshed that is underneath the house. A caravan (storage purposes only) is residing in half of the double carport.

Other things to note
BYO standup paddle board or kayak. Don't forget the fishing rod as it is a great fishing spot.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Lovely stay at Sunshine on the Water

The location of the house and the scenery is excellent. It was nice to sit on the deck to enjoy the sea breeze. We got up early each morning to see beautiful sun rise over the lake. The house is fully equipped and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. We also visited the wineries in the Hunter Valley and Nelson Bay. Our friends enjoyed their stay and would like to come back to visit again! we would like to thank our host for this memorable holiday. Cheers

Literally home away from home!!

"This accommodation was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in the welcoming and warm atmosphere. The amenities were great! As a Chef, I was amazed by the state of the art kitchen equipment. My partner enjoyed making me coffee in the mornings with the coffee machine that's available whilst I cook breakfast for us. We spent the mornings enjoying the sunrise! Lyn (the owner) went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Whether it was relaxing by the water, enjoying fishing at the jetty, or just taking in the breathtaking views, every moment was truly special. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway! We booked 2 nights celebrating my partner's birthday. Great waterfront location

We had a fabulous holiday at sunshine on the water. Its a great house, very clean and well set up with everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The location is amazing and we loved just being able to tie the boat to the wharf so it was ready to go whenever we were. The fishing was great too we caught a few really good flatties. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing !

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this home. Perfect location, beautiful weather. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the jetty for our boat and the gorgeous view from the verandah. We swam, fished and enjoyed a lunch of freshly caught crabs from the lake. Thank you Lyn. We will be back :)
