The staff ar check in was great. Ckean, quiet place.
Absolutely wonderful little place. A very nice gentleman helped me check in and gave me a bagged breakfast for the next morning. Such a thoughtful touch! The room was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!
Perfect stop on a road trip! Old school RT66 motel where you drive right to your room. Greeted by proprietors Debby and Mike, who set you up with everything you need. Very safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The room was upgraded, while still keeping that old school charm. Loved it!
The staff was so nice. Even had blankets to cover the bed but we don’t allow our dogs on furniture so didn’t need them. The room was so quaint and just like the 1950’s with the decors. Clean and comfortable

Awesome place! Everyone should stay in a classic well kept motor lodge like this one at least once in their lives.
Parking was easy; right outside your door. The retro vibe was cute and I felt safe. When I got a real room key, I wasnt so sure it was secure, but the heavy duty dead bolt was a few steps above anywhere I've ever stayed. Affordable and clean. The only downside was lack of outlets. I have a CPAP so i bring along an extention cord. Problem solved!
Late check in called before 10:30 made arrangements for payment and key access at key box. Clean room, nice bedding, bed could be softer but was adequate for a nights rest. Definitely will stay again when traveling through.

Highly recommend! Delightful staff, authentic Route 66 family owned motel. Clean room, lovely area. If you find any imperfection, it only adds to the charm.
We found this hotel when we were unable to stay in Albuquerque, it's a great out of the way place, really retro but super clean, super quiet, the owners were amazing we even came in a bit late after a concert and they turned on the outside lights on until we got into our room. We will definitely stay there again, we will probably even stay there instead of staying in Albuquerque. Can't say enough good things about this place!
I always prefer staying at these family/independently owned properties, as opposed to big corporate hotels.
This one came through with flying colors. I thought the retro feel was fun and the rooms were impeccably clean. It is busier street, but with the AC or heat running you don't really hear it.
Staff was so pleasant upon arrival. Loved the little breakfast goodie bag!
I will definitely stay here again, as I pass through several times a year.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
The owner/operator was kind and communicative. The room choice which was a higher price point was not honored. The hotel grounds were maintained, but the rooms could use updating. It smelled old and was not very clean, with lots of hair, stains, and dust. We were also charged an additional fee for our dog, which would’ve been fine and understandable if the room was in better condition and the cleaner was able to clean up after humans.
Safe and remote. But not worth the price.
An overnight stay on the way west. This is the only motel in 2400 miles of historic Route 66 that is still run by the family who built it. Their commitment to your comfort is as good as you'll find. A good alternative to staying in Albuquerque if that is not your ultimate destination.
