The nightmare hotel experience. We turned in about 9pm to get some sleep for an early start the next day. Shortly thereafter a circus moved in to the room next door. Several screaming kids "really". We called the front desk twice but the noise didn't shut down until after 10:30. They said that they would issue a "noise warning" to the group, but we never heard a knock on their door or a phone call. Never going back to this place again EVER.

This hotel was not worth the price they charge. The rooms were not clean, stained bed spread, toilet didn’t flush properly, the breakfast was not good. The area was sketchy.

Very bad directions. Website has wrong exit number from the interstate. Took us over 30 minutes to get to the location. Room was recently remodeled but needs a few feet more of space.

Overrated

Room was decently clean, but had a bad odor that never went away. The walls are poorly insulated as i clearly heard my neighbors all night. The breakfast appeared pleasant, but the sausage was cold, not lukewarm, cold. Staff was helpful and friendly, but I've never stayed anywhere again because the staff was so nice to me. I want a clean, quiet room with everything working as it should. Hotels.com has them as "excellent" in their review average. This was not my experience by a long shot.
