In the center of a small village of about 600 residents, nestled among woods and forests and just 30 minutes from the sea and an hour from Cagliari, stands Casa Scano, a home that combines tradition with modern comfort. The house, recently renovated while preserving its original character, retains the charm of Sardinian homes with authentic details.

The 103-square-meter home features three bedrooms: one master bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one quadruple bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, which can be divided into two twin bedrooms if needed. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Outside, guests can enjoy inviting outdoor spaces, including a veranda of about 40 square meters overlooking the town square, furnished with a table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing during quieter hours. There is also a fenced-in garden, perfect for unwinding.
