Stains on the sheets, dirty bathroom. Asked for an extra pillow, was told they had none. Needed more towels & was given only 1. Would have been nice if they had some coffee creamers, but they only had powdered creamer and very small cups for coffee at the breakfast. Not a horrible stay but definitely nothing great , not very comfortable.

Everything was pretty decent besides the fact that after booking and paying for the room, I went in to check in and they needed it. $100 cash deposit and your website did not state anything to that effect. I had a very hard time coming up with $100 cash so no I’m not the best night.

Our room had a strong food odor, like curry had been cooked in there. When we first got to the room the window was slid open as if they attempted to air it out. It didn’t help at all, and the window screen was ripped off the frame leaving a big gaping hole. Anything could have flown in! Walls were dirty, outlets didn’t work. We left for dinner and came back and the smell was as strong as ever, like it was permeated in there.

The AC smelled like it had mold in it. There were multiple people with big dogs (pitbulls) in their rooms. Certain floors smelled like old socks in the carpet. The staff at times could be courteous. Other times they were short or would just stare awkwardly like you are doing something wrong. Positives, were the wide arrange of breakfast food. Alot of spaces to park in. The location was convenient to many amenities. It was worth all of the of the stars that it earned.
