I enjoyed staying in this room. It was clean with refrigerator and microwave. It was definitely nice to have a jetted tub in the room too. No coffee make in the room, but did have some available in the office. It may have been nice to have a snack basket with some breakfast items available, like oatmeal & granola bars. Otherwise very nice, clean, with comfortable bed. It was also close and convenient to the event we were attending in the area.

Rooms are always clean and staff is very courteous. I have been staying at this hotel ever since I started going to Morgantown. The first time I met the new owner, he and I believe his wife had just taken over and let me say the place looks just wonderful with all of the renovations they have done and continue to do. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

When we first arrived they couldn’t find our reservation. The room smelled of mildew, the hot water only worked after 9pm (which sucks with a jacuzzi room), the shower flooded the bathroom, and each time we’d use the jacuzzi, water would come out of the floor throughout the room.

The room, bed and bathroom were clean. The pillows were awful. Staff only interacted with required conversation, and the free coffee in the morning was gross. There were people drinking & partying and vehicles loitering all night, it didn’t feel safe at all. Top it off the curtains were short and the room was lit up all night from the lights outside. Not a good experience at all

Staff was polite and did their job but were not friendly. Rooms were spacious but were sparsely furnished. Our bed was very firm which we didn’t mind but the pillows were terrible! 2 were so thick they were unusable and the other 2 were lumpy beyond belief! The fridge leaked water all over the floor, none of the drains worked properly, and we heard every noise outside. It was not a quiet area with many comings and goings in the night. We will never patronize this motel again
