You had to pay to park with no other options. The shower curtain stuck to you while showering. No courtesy coffee in morning as in past. Inside door night security lock had to be cut off with no replacement. Smell of mold. Siding door kept jamming. And more.

This is a pet friendly hotel. However, the pool music blared the entire night on our last night there. Front desk could not resolve and mgmt is not answering an email neither is the hotel answering the phone to discuss. Not a pleasant stay. Bathroom is very small.

Really liked the hotel. Was disappointed that they closed the beach bar and restaurant early after I arrived at the hotel around 5:30, they closed before 7:00 with no reason. I needed up having to order delivery.

The stay in may was a lot different then this stay. I do like the pet friendly. I dont like the change in the taking away of the pod coffee maker. And not having coffee out during the morning hours. You have to go on the restaurant to pay three dollars for coffee in the morning. The room was ok the was list for 309 and we were in 317. Just a big difference in stay from may till now. We had high expectations because this day in may was awesome.

Almost disappointed

Unfortunately it is per friendly and I had to call and visit the front desk multiple times because of a dog continuously barking next door. Was advised the issue would be corrected but as stated before I had to inform the front desk multiple times. Is the pet policy that a pet could be left unattended in the room? Not sure, but it was. This hotel is a long distance from any restaurant or bar but does have its own. Which would be convenient had the food not been mediocre and expensive for the quality/quantity.

Loved having a balcony, tile floors in the room, access to the beach, pool, live music, dining inside and out, beach chairs and umbrellas, three places to wash off sand, friendly and helpful staff. Room could be cleaner, and shower/toilet area very tight, but otherwise a wonderful experience. THANK YOU!!

First, let me say the staff was very accommodating. Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice. The room was a little disappointing. The lighting is horrible in the room. The air conditioning unit was way too loud. The bathrooms are teeny, tiny. They need to have a sitting chair in the room, and the room did have space for one. The pillows are way too hard and they don't service the rooms every day, unless you ask them which we didn't know.because no one told us when we first checked in. I'm not saying I wanted the sheets changed every day, but I did want clean towels every day and the the items for the coffee machine needed to be replenished, and the trash needed to be emptied. Good points are all the rooms are oceanfront and have balconies, so that was very nice

Perfect!

Our room was clean and spacious. We loved sitting on our balcony over looking the ocean drinking coffee in the morning. The beach is literally out the back door. The convenience of pool, bars and restaurant on site was wonderful. We will definitely be back
