The bathroom was obviously dated and needed a hard clean particularly the shower. The ensuite was small making dressing or undressing a real task.The room itself was clean and suited our needs. Customer service from staff was excellent and the continental breakfast served in the restaurant exceeded expectation. They were able to provide my gluten intolerant partner with GF bread for toast. Overall great value for money.

I wasn’t happy when I checked in late to find out that they mixed up my booking for the next day, didn’t get an apologie and I ended up with a random room, dirty old bathroom, didn’t get any room service as making the bed or replacing the towels, nothing at all for the 4 days of my stay.
