Located 20 minutes from Rennes and Roazhon Park, and 30 minutes from Brocéliande, the location is ideal for exploring the region with family. Located 10 minutes from L'Hermitage-Mordelles train station and 15 minutes from Rennes Bretagne Airport and the Parc Expo, the location is ideal for a business trip. The apartment, located on the first floor of a converted farmhouse, comprises: - a living room with a sofa bed, dining area, and kitchen; - a bedroom with a double bed and a desk area. - a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed, - a shower room with WC, - a private outdoor terrace, Private access to the apartment via an external staircase, Arrival (from 4 pm) and departure (until 11 am) independently. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility (external staircase and low ceiling access to the mezzanine). This is an adjoining apartment that we make available when our children are away. We've designed it to be as pleasant for you as it is for them… We hope you'll feel right at home during your stay!
