Inside, the house consists of a living room with a sleeper sofa, a small entryway with a split-system air conditioner, an open-concept kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with three separate beds. Sleeps 5+1. Outdoor shower. It is about 450 meters from the sea. About 500 meters away is the marina, where you can rent boats or join organized excursions. The beach features sand and low cliffs. Nearby, about 900 meters away, are the most famous beaches, the “MALDIVE DEL SALENTO.” Prices are weekly and vary depending on the requested period. The property is available for rent from the beginning of April through the end of October.
