We stayed one night and enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and family friendly. The only thing I would recommend is maybe some extra blankets, but other than that it was fully equipped and comfortable. If we ever come back down and needed a place we would stay again. Basil was very prompt on communication and let us access the house a little bit earlier. Thanks Basil!

Basic space that is functional for a stay. Decent neighborhood. 6 cup coffee maker was a real bummer and one bed had uncomfortable downward slope. Couches and recliners very comfy. House is dark and could use some floor lamps. Kitchen counters with cigarette burns. Shower had very slow drain.

Very nice neighborhood. Home was clean except bathtub and there was a bad odor coming from the garbage can. Bed linens were nice, but towels were very small and thin. Host left water bottles, which was much appreciated. Overall, the rental met our needs for our weekend in Dayton

Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!
