Apartment 'Swaalvkenüst' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

In the heart of East Frisia, in the small village of Rorichum, lies our vacation apartment.

The Rorichumer Tief is only 30m away from the house and is an ideal fishing and canoeing water. The paddle and pedal station is only about 200m away. Our apartment is approx. 90m² in size and has a modern, very well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and oven.

The bathroom with shower, WC and changing table is bright and friendly.

The large living/bedroom has a sofa set, satellite TV and stereo system. In the bedroom there is a modern double bed, a spacious closet, a satellite TV and a large desk with office chair.

For bookworms we have a large selection of magazines and books to choose from and for the children there is plenty of Duplo Lego.



Both the kitchen and the living room have access to the large, partially covered south-facing balcony (approx. 12m²).

Our apartment is very centrally located.

The towns of Leer (16km), Emden (13km) and Aurich (20km) are within easy reach.

A walk to the Emssperrwerk, which is 3km away, is a good idea. The North Sea coast or the Netherlands (Winschoten/small town with flair - Neuschanz/thermal baths) can be reached in about half an hour and the seven East Frisian islands are also ideal for a day trip.

East Frisia is known as a cycling paradise, so you can go on many beautiful bike tours in an intact natural environment. The bicycles can be safely stored with us.
