Loft Vanille was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were incredibly sweet and kind, checking on us daily, providing snorkeling gear for us to use, and even sharing some almond cake they made. The property was very unique and eclectic, in a stylish and charming way. There are actually 3 or 4 other units on the property grounds that can also be rented, all different sizes and each with its own character. We loved the 3 wonderfully welcoming and friendly Dalmatians that live on the property! The location was perfect - around an 8-minute drive from the airport and 12 minutes from the ferry port. There's a market (U-express), an excellent pizzeria (L'Happyz) and a beautiful fine dining restaurant (Keiki) within short walking distance, along with a very tasty bakery (Caramel'in) a short drive away. There's a very good casual eatery right in front of the property as well (La Grande Voile). Cook's Bay and Oponohu Bay are not far away. If/when we come back to Moorea, this will definitely be our choice!!
