THE GULF—Sailor's Cottage has been renovated, tastefully and stylishly furnished, and fully equipped with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms featuring ceiling fans. It is located behind the Monvalle sailing marina, with a lake view of the small gulf; it was once a traditional Lake Maggiore fisherman’s cottage. The Sailor House is spread over three floors and is ideal for a large family. The Sailor’s House is situated in a green, sunny area, sheltered by a rocky hill, 500 meters from the beach and the Guree Beach bar and pizzeria! 012104-CNI-00007 (final cleaning not included).
