La Rosière 1850 Family Chalet, just a few hundred meters from the slopes

Our chalet of approximately 150m2, nestled at 1850m altitude at the entrance to the old village, combines traditional charm, modern comfort and large space. Just 300m from the centre, the ski school and the start of the slopes, it enjoys a panoramic south-facing view over the Tarentaise valley up to the Tignes dam.

Layout:
- First floor: living room with wood-burning stove, separate kitchen with bar, dining room, double entrance and bathroom.
- Garden level: 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with shower room), laundry room, shower room, WC, and sauna for 10 people.
- Attic: 1 bedroom under the eaves, providing sleeping accommodations for up to 12 people. PGJyPg - 35m² south-facing terrace, ideal for sunny days. Fully equipped: fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, raclette grill, etc.), TV/DVD, Wi-Fi, games, desk area, baby kit (travel cot, high chair, etc.). A free shuttle bus stops at the foot of the chalet (8:30 am–8 pm), providing access to the slopes, town center, and ski school in 5–10 minutes.
A kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
