Shower, sink toilet. Towels, shampoo and soap provided. Private patio overlooking Cedar Creek. Dogs are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 for up to two dogs in rented accommodations. No additional pets are allowed.

Cutie Tiny House

Perfect location for getting to Black Canyon of the Gunnison Nat’l pk. Loved the roaring stream. Great white noise to sleep to. We had windows open all night so not sure if too hot to do so in summer. The bed was excellent but realize it’s in the loft and head room may pose an issue. My husband and I older and we had a laugh about getting down ladder. What would have made this stay absolutely perfect would have been dish towels, salt & pepper & a lighter. We like to cook. Small futon in living area is functional but would be better if didn’t sit so low and wasn’t hard. Not comfortable to sit on. AC needs to be serviced so might be an issue in hot months. We spent most of our time sitting on deck reading, drinking wine & listening to creek. We would have no hesitation staying again.
