Upstairs 2nd floor to much noice arguments every night 2nd floor west facing door proped open all night people in and out sketchy cars parked by the pool people sleeping in them our room had hole in wall microwave dirty no the ammentities were not provided we had to go downstairs several times and ask. This hotel use to be a super 8 at one time and i assumed it was under the best wetern it would of been better It wasn't

From the moment you step in the door the funk hits you. The room had hair on the bathroom floor, including pubic hair, that was not ours. The carpeting had not been vacuumed. The room was not furnished with hand towels. They were promised and we finally went to get them. Only to discover a bloodstain on one of them, again, not ours. It looked as tho’ someone had shaved their legs in it and it had not been cleaned. I could go on but needless to say would not ever stay here again. Would not recommend.

After check-in, we discovered that there were no towels in the room, missing pillows on the bed, and the hallway was filthy (used dryer sheet, dental pick, trash on the floors). Morning breakfast, in a different building, required a full circuit around to the front door, only to find no drinks provided other than coffee (juice equipment was broken, and nothing for children), and inadequate food for all the guests. Service was casual, at best. Worst stay of our 10-day vacation.

The desk clerk who checked us in was unpleasant and told us we could not have a ground-floor room although I requested it when I made the reservation because my husband is handicapped. We finally were put in one of the first floor rooms opposite Bldg. A. Other staff members, especially Grandma Vi, were delightful. The plumbing didn't work in our room, but someone came with a plunger to take care of it. The vinyl plank floors in the room were not clean enough to go without shoes.

This hotel is in serious need of attention. There were dirty sheets laying in the hallway, the public bathroom was filthy, the rooms smelled and were not clean, the doors to the hotel were unlocked, the breakfast was unacceptable, the ice machine and jacuzzi were broken. I would never stay at this hotel again. Should be taken off the expedia list.

Awful. Checked in, went to room. No toilet paper in the bathroom. There was, however, toilet paper stuck in the eye view in the door so people couldn’t see in. Went to go lay in the bed, sheets were still dirty with hair. I’m sure this room was never cleaned after last guest.

My wife called at 8:30 pm on Sept 25th to ensure our reservation was valid. We arrived at 10:15 pm on Sept 25th and was told we did not have a reservation. I had the printed copy from Expedia. The receptionist lied and was untruthful. We got our money back and at midnight found another hotel. Stay away from this property!

They changed my room from king to queen, saying that is what i booked but it wasn’t. The room they gave me was terrible the air conditioner was broken and making a loud noise. Called the front desk and was told they didn’t have any more rooms but later they found one. The manager didn’t want to talk to me the next morning. I will not be staying at a Best western ever again
