Hotel was clean and in excellent shape. Appeared new. Room was comfortable and well equipment. Towels could be heavier weight and breakfast could offer more choices. Still will definitely stay there again if I return to the area.

We would have rated this hotel excellent had it not been for the fire alarm going off at 3am. It was extremely loud and there was no apology when we asked what May have caused it. It ruined what was otherwise a very good stay.

We had a hard time finding the hotel because the street address wasn't on our GPS. It seems to be a new hotel. It was clean and the staff was excellent. The nearest dining options were closed on the day we were there, so we had to find a restaurant several miles away. I would definitely stay here again.

Special Requests Even Looked At?

So, during the prebooking 'special request' section when I made the reservation I feel was completely overlooked or ignored. Did request a top floor room if avail but also a request to be nowhere near the elevators. Assigned room was 2nd floor which turned out okay I guess in lieu of the 4th, but the room was the absolute closest to the elevators so had to listen to those all night and people talking outside them in the AM which is what the request I made I was trying to avoid. First time ever in a Fairfield and pretty bummed the room requests were not taken into consideration. Staff at the front desk was very nice still. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

We had a king size room. It was reasonably large and had just the right amount of space for luggage and hanging jackets, etc. The shower was large and fully stocked. Everything seemed new and very clean. The breakfast had a good combination of eggs, yogurt, cereal, toast. We appreciated making hot waffles.
