Jeanne and Palmi provided excellent customer service! They know the area very well, provided excellent suggestions for day trips and dining, and overall they helped make our three-night stay at La Rouvenaz special.

Very friendly staff, large room (we may have booked a larger room), only had seating for 1 but they brought us a 2nd chair. Description states laundry facilities available which was why we booked it but there was only (expensive) laundry service and no laundromat nearby. No AC but windows open and there was a fan. Good location

The hotel is well located over a popular restaurant of the same name. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The family room where we stayed was very spacious. It is located immediately across from the lakefront promenade. The breakfast offerings are limited.

We had a great stay! The hotel is centrally, located at an easy walk from the train station. There’s a beautiful view of the lake and a delicious restaurant on site.

Hotel de la Rouvenaz was second to none! We enjoyed every minute of our stay from check in to check out! The hotel staff was welcoming and engaging, sharing their recommendations on what to do while we were visiting, the room was absolutely stunning with plenty of space and an incredible view of the lake. Trust me when I say you will not regret a moment of your time with Hotel de la Rouvenaz! Additionally, their restaurant below the hotel is AMAZING- best meal we had!

The hotel is situated in an excellent location with very good reliable transport links. The staff at de la Rouvenaz were friendly and always accommodating. The rooms were kept to a high cleanliness standard. The attached restaurant offered a good selection on the menu which was very tasty. The next time I come to visit Geneva I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing the Clerk Janice was awesome and went above and beyond to help us fell welcomed and also provide details about the city and tourist attractions. She even helped us obtain metro vouchers for free! I would recommend this property to everyone!

An enjoyable stay

Our room was large and comfortable, we had the usual pedestal fan, not ideal as it was very hot, but it certainly made a difference. We had booked and paid for a lake view room. There was not one available but the courteous staff were very helpful and quickly offered us a one night refund. We appreciated this and enjoyed our stay.
