It wasn an amazing stay from start to finish , the hotel staff were lovely and allowed us to keep our luggage there and enjoy the amenities such as the pool and bar, before we had checked in and even when we checked out. All the staff were very helpful, I would definitely stay here again.

What is not to like! A perfect stay in a modern, well located hotel. From check in through to the time we left everything was great. The room had all the expected facilities and good air conditioning. Swimming pool and pool bar were lovely. The location is great, plenty of eating places, and shopping within a few minutes walk. Parking was available on site. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I filled a form sent by the hotel to ask if I would need a airport pickup and other benefits. However, the Hotel did not pick us up at the airport and did not provide what we asked for (box of macarons). We notified the clerk and no follow up was made.

"Nous avons séjourné le temps d’un week-end (2 nuits) à l’Hôtel Neptune à Carnon, et nous en garderons un très joli souvenir. Dès notre arrivée à 9h30, nous avons pu laisser nos valises à la bagagerie de l’hôtel, les chambres n’étant disponibles qu’à partir de 16h, et ainsi profiter de la terrasse extérieure. La réception nous a gentiment souhaité la bienvenue et nous a informées que nous recevrions un SMS dès que les chambres seraient prêtes, ce qui est très appréciable. Tout le personnel était souriant et accueillant, ce qui est vraiment agréable. L’hôtel est bien aménagé, avec une décoration chaleureuse et une terrasse offrant une belle vue sur le port. Les chambres étaient propres et modernes, avec un petit plus non négligeable : les toilettes séparées de la salle de bain. Seul petit bémol, les matelas qui avaient tendance à s’enfoncer au milieu. Hotellet överträffade verkligen våra förväntningar. Det första som märktes var den höga nivån av renlighet – både rummet och hotellets allmänna utrymmen var mycket välstädade och fräscha under hela vistelsen. Rummet var fantastiskt, med hög komfort och en mycket trivsam atmosfär. Dessutom var utsikten från balkongen riktigt fin och gav det lilla extra till upplevelsen. En stor fördel var också möjligheten till parkering i garage, vilket var mycket smidigt. Kostnaden på 15 euro kändes rimlig med tanke på bekvämligheten. Frukosten var en riktig höjdpunkt – en gigantisk buffé med mycket att välja på, och allt vi provade var välsmakande och fräscht. Läget var också utmärkt, med närhet till restauranger, strandpromenaden, shopping och trevliga promenader i city. Perfekt för den som vill ha allt inom bekvämt avstånd. Sammanfattningsvis ett mycket uppskattat boende som vi gärna återvänder till.
