Great holiday!

Staff were very friendly, each check in and out. The pool is lovely and a short walk to the beach and close to the beachfront restaurants and bars. It was nice to walk there in the evenings. Although it was super hot, the fan was great and helped cool our apartment, the pull down shade was also very useful. We brought our own bedding and towels, this was made clear in the booking process. We also paid for the secure parking. It's a lovely residence and we would definitely go back there again!

I have already filled out a previous complaint I wasn’t willing to have my family stay there and had to find alternative accommodation immediately. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and expect to get a refund for the accommodation part of my trip, flights and car rental were perfect.

Nice vacations apartment!

Welcoming staff with all the information you can need for your stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for four people, the toilett could be bigger for a better comfort but it was ok anyways. Good size pool but super crowd att all times! Near the beach eith private entrance for a shorter walk to the beach. Small breakfast restaurant but if you walk some 10min you can find many restaurants, the cafeteria could be bigger and with more options. The supermarket is ver far away (carrefour) so be prepared to walk anlong distance to bring your food home. We recommend it!

First the Bad: There was no indication in the Expedia Reservation or information that there are NO Sheets, Towels or Toilet Paper included!! We had to pay €72 ($119 CAD) just to get Bed Sheets and Towels! They also said we need to go buy our own Toilet paper from the market that is 15 minutes away. You need to clean your own room before check out or they charge an extra €55 ($91 CAD). I would have booked another property if I knew this ahead of time. No air conditioning. Now the Good: Fairly close to the Beach and Waterfront Promenade where there are tons of great Restaurants and Shopping. The pool at this place was nice in the afternoon to cool down.

A fuir !

J’ai passĂ© une semaine et demie dans cet hĂŽtel et je ne le recommande absolument pas. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, on nous annonce que le parking est complet et qu’il faudra revenir le lendemain Ă  8h pour espĂ©rer une place. Les serviettes et draps ne sont pas inclus, il faut payer en supplĂ©ment. Le mĂ©nage non plus : soit vous le payez en plus, soit vous le faites vous-mĂȘme. En arrivant dans notre chambre, le mĂ©nage n’avait clairement pas Ă©tĂ© fait : table sale, sol plein de sable
 On voit bien que ce sont les prĂ©cĂ©dents occupants qui ont nettoyĂ© avant de partir et non du personnel. Mais soyons honnĂȘtes : est-ce qu’un client va nettoyer comme une femme de chambre formĂ©e ? Bien sĂ»r que non. Dans tous les cas, quelqu’un du personnel devrait repasser pour garantir un vrai mĂ©nage. RĂ©sultat : j’ai dĂ» faire le mĂ©nage moi-mĂȘme et acheter ce qu’il fallait au supermarchĂ©. On m’a offert deux pizzas au snack pour s’excuser du mĂ©nage non fait et on m’a proposĂ© de faire passer quelqu’un le lendemain pour nettoyer. Le monsieur devait repasser dans une heure
 au final personne n’est jamais venu. De toute façon, j’avais dĂ©jĂ  tout fait. J’ai rendu l’appartement plus propre que le jour de mon arrivĂ©e. Est-ce normal pour le prix payĂ© ? Non, c’est inadmissible. En plus, les chambres sentent mauvais : une odeur d’humiditĂ©, de vieille maison abandonnĂ©e. C’est trĂšs poussiĂ©reux. Et ici, tout est facturĂ©: parking, draps/serviettes, tv.. mĂȘme le sac poubelle Ă  50 centimes. Aucune climatisation.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 5 nuits dans cette rĂ©sidence en rez de jardin, trĂšs agrĂ©able. Le studio en lui mĂȘme n’est pas d’un grand confort, literie trĂšs moyenne, tv payante, un peu dommage en 2025
 pas de clim, idem dommage surtout avec 40 degrĂ©s dehors donc trĂšs compliquĂ© de trouver le sommeil dans un appartement Ă  30. Heureusement un ventilateur est prĂ©sent mais cela ne suffit pas. Piscine et extĂ©rieur bien tenus. Parking payant mais de la place dans les rues sans soucis. Moins chĂšre d’ailleurs. La proximitĂ© avec la plage Ă  5min Ă  pied est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable, idem pour les commerces. Accueil sympathique.

NÊrt stranden, og den er kjempefin. OmrÄdet er fint med grÞntomrÄder og blomster. Det er en resepsjon med ansatte som kan svare pÄ evt spÞrsmÄl. Dette er ikke et hotell men et leilighetskompleks. Du mÄ ta med deg eget sengetÞy og laken eller betale for Ä fÄ denne tjenesten per person. Du mÄ vaske rommet etter bruk om du ikke vil betale vaskegebyr. Bassenget er ikke veldig reint, om en dykker og ser etter er det fult av sedimenter. Dette er et gammelt kompleks sÄ synes det er overpriset. Cafe/kiosk er ekstremt overpriset sÄ kjÞp inn godt med egne varer. Er kjÞleskap med liten frys sÄ det er praktisk. Parkering er ikke gratis men om du kjÞrer 5 min er det en offentlig gratis parkering som du kan bruke.
